Tony's career spans over 30 years of proven success at every level of business and information systems management. Beginning as a mainframe system administrator for the United States Air Force, Tony became a respected software developer for Fortune 500 company HNI Industries. At HNI, Tony managed technical projects, developed core manufacturing systems, and maintained critical line-of-business web applications. From there, Mr. Bierman worked as technical instructor and software executive for SharePoint Solutions, a Microsoft Partner out of Brentwood, Tennessee. Tony was recognized twice by Microsoft with the prestigious Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for his leadership and development work on Windows SharePoint Server. Tony has taught hundreds of Fortune 500 developers to develop software, and implemented critical solutions for the U.S Department of Defense, the Office of the Secretary of State, and many other corporate and international government clients.

In 2009, Tony founded a successful manufacturing company with his wife Bekkey.

In his free time, Tony is an author and award-winning amateur photographer. Much of his spare time is spent working with his dogs on his ranch near Collinwood, Tennessee. Tony also enjoys staying technically sharp by lending his spare time, experience and expertise to other dog enthusiasts.
